1. Order Cancellation & Model Selection
Our phone cases are made to order, making cancellations difficult after purchase. Many customers mistakenly select the wrong model, but as this is a customer error, refunds are not possible. Please double-check your device model before ordering.

2. Removing Hard Cases
When removing a hard case, start from the bottom and avoid pulling near the camera hole. The area around the camera hole is more fragile, and forcing removal from this spot may cause breakage. Cases damaged in this manner are considered customer mishandling and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please follow the instructions carefully.

3. Cleaning & Heat Exposure
Due to the nature of sublimation printing, cleaning with alcohol-based wipes may cause color smudging or fading. Additionally, exposure to high temperatures or contact with vinyl surfaces may lead to staining. Please handle with care.

4. Color Variations on Curved Areas
Slight fading on curved edges is a natural part of the production process and is not a defect. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for this reason. If you are highly sensitive to such details, please consider before purchasing.

5. Seam Marks on Case Edges
The front corners of the case may have slight white marks due to the jig alignment during manufacturing. This is a natural occurrence in the production process and does not qualify for returns or exchanges. If you are particular about such details, please decide carefully before ordering.

6. Proper Fitting for S10, Note10, Note10+ Models
For S10, Note10, and Note10+ models, after attaching the case, press firmly on all four corners to ensure a secure fit. Failure to do so may cause gaps, leading to case fractures.

7. Display Color Differences
Colors may appear differently depending on the display settings of your PC or mobile device.
